No refunds/compensation are made by Portes du Soleil. Only persons who have bought an insurance at the time of purchase of the skipass are entitled, under the conditions of the insurance in question, to any reimbursement whatsoever. Reimbursements are made directly by the insurance company.

To report a claim online, you must enter the number of your ski card (XXXXXXXX-XXX-XXX) which is linked to your ski pass in the policy number box.
