I cannot get connected to my account. What can I do ?
If you are having trouble logging in to your account, please request a new password for your customer account. Go to https://shop.skipass-pds-ch.ch/fr/ then click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select « Password forgotten; ? ». If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
Why are my contacts missing?
Due to the change of our website, it is possible that not all your contacts have been transferred. We would ask you to recreate any contacts that are required.
I do not see my fidelity points o my account.
Your Sun Points have been safely stored. They will be credited back to your account before the start of the 2026 summer season.
Refund
Partially used or unused passes are not refundable under any circumstances.
No postponement, transfer or compensation will be granted.
In the event of closure or interruption of the lifts (weather, force majeure, administrative decisions, pandemic, etc.), no compensation may be claimed
Only those who have taken out insurance are eligible for a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions of that insurance.
Claims must be addressed directly to the insurer (Europ Assistance). The insurance is non-refundable.
Where are my previous orders?
Previous orders have not been imported to our new website.
When I reload my card, the age category doesn't correspond.
Please check that the contact’s date of birth matches the category selected in your customer account.
Where do I find the number of my chip card/ No WTP?
The number is printed on your hands-free card.
- Format : XXXXXXXX-XXX-XXX
- Do not include spaces
- Ensure hyphens are entered correctly
- Use the number 0 (not the letter O)
- Enter the first number if there are two
- Do not enter WTP
